Download Luxe Organizer from our website. It's a standalone application â no installation required. Just double-click to run.
Windows: Run LuxeOrganizer.exe
Click "đ Select Folder" and choose the folder containing your photos. Luxe Organizer will automatically scan all supported files:
- Photos: JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, TIFF, RAW formats (NEF, CR2, ARW, etc.)
- Videos: MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, and more
Check "Include Subfolders" to process nested directories.
Luxe Organizer offers three template rows for different file types:
- đˇ WITH EXIF: For photos with camera metadata
- đ NO EXIF: For screenshots and edited images without metadata
- đŦ VIDEO: For video files

Available Fields for EXIF Photos
- Make â Camera manufacturer (NIKON, CANON, SONY)
- Model â Camera model (Z50, EOS R5, A7IV)
- Date â Date taken (20241201)
- Time â Time taken (143052)
- Serial â Camera serial number
- Size (KB) â File size in kilobytes
- Size (MB) â File size in megabytes
- OriginalName â Keep the original filename

đ Preview Before You Commit
After scanning, you'll see a table with:
- Original Name â Current filename
- New Name â What it will be renamed to
- Date â Photo/video date
- Size â File size
- Dimensions â Image resolution
Use the Camera Filter dropdown to view only photos from a specific camera.
Happy with the preview? Click "â Rename Files" and confirm.
A progress bar shows real-time status. Luxe Organizer creates a rollback log automatically â just in case you need to undo.

Made a mistake? No problem. Every rename operation creates a timestamped log file in your folder:
Click the "⊠Rollback" button, select a log file, and all changes are reversed instantly.

- Size (MB) is recommended as the default â makes file sizes easy to read
